Located in a tranquil and quiet setting away from the noise and hype of White Sand Beach, sandwiched between Fisherman Hillside Resort before and Island Lodge Bungalow after, Sai Rung Bungalows are renowned for friendly service in a family environment.
We, Hans Schmidtpeter (also known under Klaus) and my wife Gamonpan (called Geow)
run this place now for more as 10 years.
The distance to the beach is not more as 150 m and it is easy accessible.
The enclosure contents 13 Bungalows and an open Restaurant, it is erected on 2400 m² and as you can see from the pictures, lie on a slope with a beautiful panorama view.
Due to personal reasons, it isn't any more possible for me to run the business by my self.
Therefore I decided
to sell it to somebody else,
inclusive the land and a registered partnership.
Negotiation base is 15 Mio Baht, that's about 375 000 € or 500000 $.
